We currently ship worldwide! Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
I want you to love your tea. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. While we don’t offer blanket returns due to the nature of our products, we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
