Meet Kristina

Hi, I’m Kristina—the founder of Kristini’s Teas and a lifelong believer in the healing power of plants. My journey with tea began in childhood, drawn to its quiet comfort and the way it brings people together. During the pandemic, I turned to herbs as medicine—studying their properties, testing blends, and crafting teas to soothe both body and spirit. Every blend I create is made with organic herbs from small farms and crafted with deep intention, combining tradition, research, and intuition to make blends that address emotional and physical needs. My hope is that these teas offer you a moment of pause—a way to nourish yourself, reconnect, and feel held in the everyday.
