How Kristina Developed the Breathe Easy Blend:
This blend was born out of care. During the height of the pandemic, I created it for a colleague who was struggling with lingering respiratory symptoms that just wouldn’t lift. I combined mullein, eucalyptus, thyme, sage, and ginger—herbs traditionally used to open the airways, soothe irritation, and move stuck mucus. He later told me this tea was what finally helped him turn the corner. Breathe Easy can be enjoyed as a warm, comforting tea or used as an herbal steam to help loosen congestion in both the chest and sinuses.
