How Kristina Developed the Crown Chakra Blend:
The crown chakra is the gateway to higher wisdom, clarity, and connection—the place where the physical and spiritual meet. When this center is open, our thoughts flow freely, and we feel grounded yet expansive, clear yet connected. When blocked, it can feel like mental fog, disconnection, or being stuck in our own looping thoughts. To support this delicate balance, I chose herbs that nourish the mind and clear the path for greater awareness. Rosemary has long been known as the herb of remembrance, awakening focus and sharpening the senses. Gotu kola, revered in Ayurvedic tradition, is said to quiet the restless mind while enhancing clarity and memory. Wood betony grounds the energy, bringing the spirit gently back into the body, while sage offers purification and clears stagnant thought patterns. Rounding out the blend is holy basil, an adaptogen that brings harmony, helping the mind and spirit meet exactly where they are. This tea is crafted as a daily ally for clarity and presence, helping you open to insight, focus with ease, and feel more connected to the wisdom that flows through you.
