*Wood Betony: The name of this herb comes from the Celtic “betonica,” which means “good for the head,” and helps soothe and revitalize an overactive mind.
*Tulsi: An antimicrobial herb known for counteracting physical and emotional stress

Brewing Instructions

  • Quick Brew: Place 2 tsp of tea in a tea infuser or disposable tea bag. Heat 8 oz (1 cup) water to a rolling boil (about 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C). Let the water sit for one minute after boiling, then pour water into the infuser or mug. Steep for 10 minutes. Tea can be steeped again with this preparation.

  • Medicinal Brew: Place 2 tsp of tea in a tea infuser or disposable tea bag. Heat 8 oz (1 cup) water to a rolling boil (about 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C). Let the water sit for one minute after boiling, then pour water into the infuser or mug. Steep for one hour.

This tea is wonderful with a spoonful of raw honey. I drink this anytime, but especially when I’m feeling sluggish and/or forgetful.
