How Kristina Developed the Headache Relief Blend:
This blend was born on election night, 2020. Nerves were high, thoughts were racing, and relief was desperately needed. What began as a personal remedy quickly became one of my most requested blends, thanks to its calming, cooling, and restorative qualities. Passionflower helps slow the mind’s relentless chatter, easing the mental tension that often feeds into headaches. Peppermint brings a cooling clarity, soothing the body and lifting the fog. Catnip, a gentle relaxant for humans as well as cats, supports the nervous system, while lemon balm offers an additional layer of calm, balancing both mood and mind. Together, these herbs work in harmony to quiet racing thoughts, cool the body, and help release the grip of headache tension.
