Heart Chakra Blend
2 oz. package; 8 servings; 2 tsp each
The heart chakra is powerful both physically and emotionally; it needs to move consistently in order to flourish. Many times, the heart can feel emotionally stuck or physically palpitating; these herbs will help calm the heart while promoting emotional and physical circulation.
Flavor Profile:
Notes of rose and lemon balm essential oils; think of this as a floral citrus tea with grounding earthiness from the linden and motherwort leaves.
Herb Information:
*Rose: Promotes feelings of love and calm in the body
*Linden: Helps relieve muscle tension and calm palpitations
*Lemon Balm: A cooling, antiviral herb that helps relieve tension and treat fevers
*Motherwort: Nourishes and strengthens the heart muscle, promotes circulation
Brewing Instructions
Quick Brew: Place 2 tsp of tea in a tea infuser or disposable tea bag. Heat 8 oz (1 cup) water to a rolling boil (about 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C). Let the water sit for one minute after boiling, then pour water into the infuser or mug. Steep for 5 minutes.

How Kristina Developed the Heart Chakra Blend:
This was one of the very first blends I created—crafted in the early days of the pandemic as a gesture of care. I tucked it into packages for friends during a time of collective grief and uncertainty, hoping to offer a little warmth and solace through herbs. After sipping this blend, a few dear ones called to say it brought them comfort, and they encouraged me to start my tea business. So, this blend will always hold a special place in my heart. I hope it brings equal comfort to yours.
When envisioning the heart chakra—our center of love, compassion, and emotional balance—I knew rose had to be at the center. Its petals carry a soft but powerful energy, one that gently opens the heart and gladdens the spirit.
Linden and motherwort followed naturally: linden for its ability to calm the heart and lower blood pressure, and motherwort, whose Latin name Leonurus cardiaca means “lion-hearted,” for courage and strength. I added lemon balm, a bright and calming nervine, to round out the flavor and bring a soft, citrusy lift to the aromatics.
This is a tea for tending to grief, nurturing joy, and returning to the heart with gentleness.
