How Kristina Developed the Solar Plexus Chakra Blend
The solar plexus chakra is the seat of our personal power—where confidence, willpower, and transformation take root. It’s also the energetic home of digestion, and for me, that connection is deeply personal.
I've dealt with digestive imbalance and acid reflux for most of my life. My system either moves too quickly or not at all. When designing this blend, I wanted something that would bring balance to my belly, ease inflammation, and support steady, healthy movement.
Fennel seed was an immediate choice since it’s my go-to herb when acid reflux strikes. Its sweet, soothing quality is a balm to an irritated system. I paired it with ginger for a warming, aromatic lift and its time-honored support in easing nausea and enhancing digestion.
Knowing that bitter herbs are essential for digestion regulation, I turned to dandelion leaf and angelica root, which are both known to help stimulate digestive fire and liver function. To round it out, I added strawberry leaf, a gentle herb that offers both sweetness and support for the digestive tract.
This blend is both personal and practical—a daily ritual for grounding your gut and rekindling inner strength from the core.
