Spearmint: A cooling herb
Rosehips: High in vitamin C
Hibiscus: High in vitamin C and antioxidants
Raspberry Leaf: Rich in vitamins; helps tone the tissues

Brewing Instructions

  • Quick Brew: Place 2 tsp of tea in a tea infuser or disposable tea bag. Heat 8 oz (1 cup) water to a rolling boil (about 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C). Let the water sit for one minute after boiling, then pour water into the infuser or mug. Steep for 10 minutes.

  • Medicinal Brew: Preparing a cold infusion will extract the most vitamin C. Place 2 tsp of tea in a tea infuser or disposable tea bag. Pour 8 oz (1 cup) of cold or room-temp water into the infuser or mug. Steep for at least one hour. Can place the tea in the fridge to steep overnight.

How Kristina Developed the Summer Blend:
Summer calls for brightness, beauty, and refreshment. This blend was crafted to be just that. Whether you enjoy it hot, chilled, or steeped in cold water for the brightest flavor, it’s designed to keep you cool and nourished in the heat of the season. Hibiscus and rosehips create a sweet-tart base that’s not only delicious but also rich in vitamin C. Spearmint adds a refreshing, gently cooling note without overwhelming the palate, while raspberry leaf provides balance with its toning astringency and subtle sweetness. This blend is as vibrant and versatile as summer itself—perfect for long afternoons, picnics, and moments of slowing down to savor the sunshine.
