Brewing Instructions
Quick Brew: Place 2 tsp of tea in a tea infuser or disposable tea bag. Heat 8 oz (1 cup) water to a rolling boil (about 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C). Let the water sit for one minute after boiling, then pour water into the infuser or mug. Steep for 10 minutes. Tea can be steeped again with this preparation.

Medicinal Brew: Place 2 tsp of tea in a tea infuser or disposable tea bag. Heat 8 oz (1 cup) water to a rolling boil (about 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C). Let the water sit for one minute after boiling, then pour water into the infuser or mug. Steep for one hour.

How Kristina Developed the Throat Chakra Blend:
A sore throat may seem like a minor ailment, but when our voice is strained or silenced, the impact can ripple through the body and spirit. Whether your throat feels raw like sandpaper, tight with congestion, or sharp with every swallow, something in the throat chakra—the center of communication, self-expression, and truth—may be calling for care.

This blend was crafted as a balm for both the physical and energetic throat. I started with thyme, a powerful antimicrobial herb that helps clear infection and move stagnation. Holy basil lends adaptogenic support, meeting you exactly where you are and offering what your system needs in that moment. Spearmint brings a gently cooling lift, while marshmallow leaf—one of the most soothing, mucilaginous plants I know—coats the throat with softness, easing irritation and inflammation.

This tea is here to help you speak, sing, and breathe a little easier. To help you find your voice again—both literally and energetically.
